I remember what it felt like to finally become a published, bestselling author—but it didn't happen straight away. 

When I first published my debut novel in 2016, I made a ton of critical mistakes that stunted my accomplishments:

I didn't know what I was meant to be looking for, or investing my time into. I was only guessing, and I was only using the information I did stumble upon as a first-time author.  

This was the mistake...because those articles—while helpful—were only parts of a bigger strategy, and without all the parts, the strategy didn't work.

As a result, when my release day finally rolled around 6 months later--despite all my hard work… 

Nothing happened.  

I didn't make any sales.  

I didn't have any readers.  

I didn't land those speaking gigs I'd been visualizing.  

I didn't know how to get myself into bookstores.  

I didn't have the sales record or demand to negotiate such a thing.  

I was completely stuck—with no way to move forward and no clue how to fix it. 

Going into publishing blind is like trying to work a job you're not even qualified for...

 In three short years since my first publishing blunder, I've gone on to:
